This website is a static informational site hosted on Vercel. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any form of user identification.

What we do not collect:

• No cookies — not even technical ones
• No IP address logging by us
• No analytics or page-view tracking
• No advertising or retargeting scripts
• No contact forms that store submissions on our servers

Hosting: This site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Vercel may process server logs including IP addresses as part of standard CDN and hosting operations. This is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy. We have no access to these logs.

All apps published by Siyaya Digital are built on the same privacy-first principle: no data is collected, transmitted, or stored outside your device.

Future apps will follow the same architecture and will be listed here as they are published.

If you contact us by email at legal@siyaya-digital.com, we will use your email address and message content solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not store email correspondence in any database or share it with third parties. Emails are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to communications.

Our apps are distributed via the Apple App Store. When you download an app, Apple processes your purchase and download data under their own privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of purchase — no personal details, payment information, or Apple ID. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

As an EU resident, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to rectification (Art. 16) — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. As our apps and website collect no personal data at all, this applies universally. Parents or guardians with concerns may contact us at legal@siyaya-digital.com.

We may update this policy if our practices change — for example, if we add a newsletter or contact form in the future. The current version is always available at siyaya-digital.com/privacy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated effective date.
