By accessing this website or downloading and using any Siyaya Digital app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
Each individual app also has its own Terms of Use with app-specific provisions. In case of conflict, the app-specific terms take precedence.
Siyaya Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

All Siyaya Digital apps are sold as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees. Once purchased, you hold a perpetual license to use that version of the app.
Prices are displayed in the Apple App Store and are final at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices for new customers at any time.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly and have no access to payment information.
The content on siyaya-digital.com is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty that the website will be available at all times or free of errors. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
All content on this website and within our apps — including text, design, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of IP Strategy UG or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.
Our apps and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IP Strategy UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant app in the twelve months preceding the claim. If the app was free, our liability is limited to €1.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Neuss, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
