By downloading, installing or using Steel X ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and published by IP Strategy UG (trading as Siyaya Digital), Niederrheinstraße 46f, 41472 Neuss, Germany.
Steel X is licensed to you, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.
Steel X is intended for professional and personal use in counting, measuring and inventorying steel tubes and similar products. You may use the App for any lawful purpose consistent with its intended functionality.
Steel X provides measurement tools as aids and references. Measurements taken with the App are approximations and should not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions, structural calculations or contractual obligations. Always verify measurements with calibrated physical instruments.
The AI tube counting feature uses image recognition to estimate the number of tubes in a bundle. Results depend on image quality, lighting, tube arrangement and other factors. You are responsible for verifying the count before relying on it.
All data you create in Steel X is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Deleting the App will permanently delete all stored data.
Steel X, including its design, icons, code and content, is the intellectual property of IP Strategy UG. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the App.
Steel X is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple. We do not process payments directly or store payment information.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IP Strategy UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Steel X. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Steel X is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that measurement results will be accurate for your specific use case.
Your license to use Steel X continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App from all your devices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Neuss, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
