Terms of Use

§ 1
Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Lumio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

§ 2
License

Siyaya Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lumio on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

§ 3
Permitted Use

Lumio is intended for personal, lawful use as a flashlight and lighting utility. You may use it to illuminate dark areas, use screen light modes for ambient lighting, and use strobe or SOS modes for signalling in emergencies.

§ 4
Prohibited Use

You must not use Lumio to deliberately cause harm to others (e.g. using strobe to provoke seizures), violate any applicable laws or regulations, or reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative versions of the app.

§ 5
Strobe Warning
⚠️ The strobe light feature produces rapidly flashing light. Do not use strobe mode if you or anyone nearby has photosensitive epilepsy or is sensitive to flashing lights.
§ 6
One-Time Purchase

Lumio is available as a one-time purchase (€0.99). There are no subscriptions. Once purchased, you have a perpetual license to use the version you purchased. Future major versions may be separate purchases.

§ 7
Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

§ 8
Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Lumio is owned by Siyaya Digital (IP Strategy UG). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

§ 9
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siyaya Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lumio. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

§ 10
Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Neuss, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. EU dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
