We collect no personal data whatsoever. Lumio is a fully local app. It does not:
Lumio requests only one permission: Camera / Torch (LED Flash) — required solely to control the device's built-in flashlight LED. No camera images are ever captured, stored, or transmitted.
Any preferences you configure in Lumio (such as "Torch on at Launch" or "Keep Screen Awake") are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
When you download Lumio from the App Store, Apple may collect certain data as part of their standard App Store operations (such as purchase records). This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours. We have no access to this data.
Lumio does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for all ages.
Because we collect no personal data, Lumio is not subject to most GDPR obligations. We are not a data controller under GDPR. No data processing agreement is required.
If we ever change our data practices, we will update this policy and notify users through App Store update notes. The current version is always available at: siyaya-digital.com/lumio/privacy
