§ 1

General Use

Lumio is a flashlight utility app intended for everyday use. While we have built it to be reliable, do not rely on Lumio as your sole source of light in life-threatening situations. Always carry a physical torch for emergencies.

§ 2

Battery & Device

⚠️ Continuous use of the LED flash can significantly reduce battery life and may cause the device to warm up. Take breaks during extended use.

§ 3

Strobe Light Warning

⚠️ Strobe mode produces rapidly flashing light that may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy. Do not use strobe mode around people with this condition. Use responsibly.

§ 4

SOS Mode

The SOS mode flashes the international Morse code distress signal (···−−−···). This is provided as an emergency signalling aid only. Always contact emergency services (112 in the EU, 911 in the US) directly in an emergency. Do not rely solely on SOS flashing to attract rescue.

§ 5

No Guarantee of Operation

Lumio depends on your device's hardware (LED flash) and iOS system. We cannot guarantee the app will function on all devices or iOS versions. If the flashlight does not work, please check that no other app is currently using the camera or flash.

§ 6

Limitation of Liability

Siyaya Digital accepts no liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use Lumio, including but not limited to device damage, personal injury, or failure of the app in an emergency situation.
